ZOLA TECHNOLOGY · CSS TAIWAN

User Agreement

By using the site, signing in, joining the game or using the VPN, you agree to this Agreement and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not sign in or use the relevant feature. Viewing public pages still creates essential connection and security records.

Ordinary demos are normally retained for 7 days. After the super administrator confirms cheating, the selected evidence and related case demos are protected for 365 days from confirmation and exempt from ordinary age and capacity pruning.

1. Service and acceptance

This Agreement covers css.zuola.com, the account centre, CSS Taiwan CS:S server, SourceTV, demos, FastDL, uploads, administration, reports/appeals and player VPN operated by Zola Technology. The service is currently free; you pay your own Steam/game, device and network costs. Any future paid feature will have separate notice and consent.

2. Accounts and eligibility

  • Use only Google and Steam accounts you are authorised to use. Do not impersonate, sell/share accounts, bypass the unique Steam link or evade a ban.
  • Protect your device and VPN password and report unauthorised use. Administrator access is limited to authorised duties.
  • Minors need guardian permission where local law requires it. Do not join if you cannot agree to necessary recording and data processing.

3. Game and community rules

No cheats, external assistance, abusive scripts/exploits, attacks or disruption, impersonation, ban evasion, hate, threats, bullying, sexism, harassment, abusive language, corpse humiliation, spam, or unlawful/infringing names, chat, voice, sprays, sounds, maps or links. Automated server rules manage bots, balance, rounds and map rotation; the system must not remove the first human merely to admit a second.

Based on evidence, administrators may warn, mute, move, kick, temporarily ban or refer a matter to the super administrator. When an ordinary administrator requests more than one day, the initially applied ban is at most one day until super-administrator review.

4. SourceTV, demos and publicity

By joining, you acknowledge that SourceTV may broadcast and automatic demos may record names, actions, chat, voice and cameras. Validated demos are usually public for about seven days or may be preserved for a case. Game names, public statistics and confirmed-cheating actions may also be public. Do not disclose sensitive information in game; if you reject necessary recording, do not join.

5. Reports, enforcement and appeal

Reports must be truthful and in good faith, not retaliatory or knowingly false. Suspicion is not a finding. A public cheating action requires demo review, confirmation and a successful ban by the super administrator. It may identify full Steam ID, name, country/city, time, action and demo evidence, but not raw IP, and does not allege a criminal conviction.

The affected player may sign in, link the same Steam ID and open a free, continuing appeal conversation. The super administrator has one final accept/reject decision for that appeal; payment never changes the evidence standard. Exoneration removes the public record, while necessary restricted audits may remain.

6. VPN

The optional VPN normally requires a linked Steam account and eight hours of play. Ordinary players receive 500 MB/day and administrators 10 GB/day; exceeding the allowance may block access. No credential sharing, spam, scanning/attacks, infringement, illegal activity or bypassing third-party restrictions. External sites keep their own terms. Zola Technology may suspend, reset or revoke VPN access for safety, abuse, capacity or maintenance.

7. Uploaded content

You retain your rights and warrant that you may upload the content. You grant Zola Technology a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence limited to hosting, converting, copying, transmitting, playing in game, recording in demos, reviewing and preserving evidence. It ends when content is deleted, except for backups, existing demos, case evidence and legal retention. No malware, exposed personal data, sexual, hateful, threatening, infringing or unlawful content.

8. IP, availability and liability

Counter-Strike, Source, Steam and related marks belong to Valve or their owners. This is an independently operated community server, not an official Valve service. Zola Technology and licensors retain rights in the site software, brand and original material.

We use reasonable care but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free or permanent service, fixed latency, data preservation or compatibility with every update. We may update, restart or change maps when no humans are connected. Back up important demos. To the extent lawful, we exclude indirect or unforeseeable loss, without excluding mandatory consumer rights or liability for intent or gross negligence.

9. Ending, changes and disputes

You may stop using the service, unlink Steam or revoke VPN access. Zola Technology may restrict or terminate features for violations or safety risks; evidence and legal records remain governed by the Privacy Policy. Changes are dated and material ones reasonably announced; continued use means acceptance.

Taiwan law governs. Contact us first to resolve a dispute. Subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction, the Taiwan Hualien District Court is the court of first instance. If translations differ, Traditional Chinese controls.
