01 · BEFORE INSTALLING

先理解它會改什麼。

只改玩家本機 UI

不修改伺服器、遊戲規則、Steam 帳號或登錄檔。它會影響這台電腦上所有 CS:S 伺服器的戰績板與相關選單外觀。

It changes only the local CS:S UI—not the server, game rules, Steam account, or registry. The appearance also applies on other CS:S servers played on this computer.

安裝前先退出遊戲

完整關閉 Counter-Strike: Source，再解壓與複製。完成後重新啟動遊戲，避免舊的介面資源仍留在記憶體。

Fully quit Counter-Strike: Source before copying files, then restart it after installation so cached UI resources are reloaded.

02 · WINDOWS

Windows 手動安裝。

    解壓縮 ZIP / Extract the ZIP

    你會得到一個名為 css_taiwan_hud 的資料夾。請複製整個資料夾，不要只複製其中個別檔案。

    複製到 custom 目錄 / Copy into custom

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Source\cstrike\custom\

    若 Steam 在其他磁碟，從 Steam 的 Properties → Installed Files → Browse 找到遊戲目錄，再進入 cstrike\custom\。

    核對最終路徑 / Verify the final path

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Source\cstrike\custom\css_taiwan_hud\resource\ClientScheme.res

    不要形成 css_taiwan_hud\css_taiwan_hud\... 的雙層資料夾。

    重新啟動遊戲 / Restart the game

    進入伺服器後打開戰績板，確認漢字已使用較大、較粗的 Noto Sans TC 顯示。

03 · OPTIONAL BATCH FILE

先預覽，再決定是否複製。

如何使用 / How to use

  1. 用記事本打開 INSTALL-WINDOWS.txt，先閱讀全部原始碼。
  2. 把它改名為 INSTALL-WINDOWS.bat；必要時先開啟檔案總管的「顯示副檔名」。
  3. 雙擊執行。視窗會列出來源、目的地與每個待複製檔案。
  4. Windows 原生確認視窗會顯示 Yes 和 No；只有按 Yes 才複製，按 No 立即取消。

Open the TXT in Notepad first, rename it to BAT, and run it. It previews every action and copies only after you press Yes in a native Windows confirmation dialog.

程式行為 / Script behavior

  • 不下載或上傳 / No downloads or uploads
  • 不修改登錄檔 / No registry changes
  • 不執行遊戲 / Does not launch the game
  • 不刪除、鏡像或清空資料夾 / No deletion, mirroring, or purge
  • 只複製畫面預覽過的 HUD 檔案 / Copies only previewed HUD files

若預設 Steam 路徑不存在，腳本會安全停止。若 Program Files 拒絕寫入，才由玩家自行選擇「以系統管理員身分執行」。腳本不會自行提權。

04 · macOS

macOS 手動安裝。

  1. 1

    退出並解壓 / Quit and extract

    完整退出 CS:S，再解壓 ZIP。

  2. 2

    在 Finder 前往資料夾 / Go to Folder

    ~/Library/Application Support/Steam/steamapps/common/Counter-Strike Source/cstrike/custom/

    將完整的 css_taiwan_hud 資料夾放入其中。若路徑不同，可從 Steam 的 Properties → Installed Files → Browse 找到遊戲目錄。

    核對並重新啟動 / Verify and restart

    .../cstrike/custom/css_taiwan_hud/resource/ClientScheme.res

    重新啟動 Counter-Strike: Source。

05 · SOURCETV DEMO CONTROLS

自動導播與手動鏡頭。

安裝播放按鍵 / Install controls

安裝包含有 cfg/css_taiwan_demo_controls.cfg。在 CS:S 控制台執行一次：

exec css_taiwan_demo_controls

這會覆蓋原有的 F9、F10 綁定：F9 進入手動鏡頭，F10 回到 DEM 於錄製當下保存的原生自動導播事件；系統不會事後修改已關閉的 DEM。

This replaces existing F9/F10 bindings. F9 selects a manual camera; F10 resumes engine-native director events captured while the DEM was recorded. Closed DEM files are never post-injected.

手動切換與跟蹤 / Manual tracking

手動模式可使用一般旁觀者控制，或以 spec_next、spec_prev 切換跟蹤對象，以 spec_mode 切換第一人稱、追蹤與自由視角。指定玩家時先按 F9，再輸入：

spec_player "玩家名稱的一部分"

按 F10 後，下一個錄入 DEM 的可用鏡頭事件會恢復自動切換。

In manual mode, use the normal spectator controls, spec_next/spec_prev, spec_mode, or spec_player. Press F9 before spec_player; F10 resumes at the next available recorded camera event.

06 · VERIFY BEFORE TRUST

你可以自己驗證。

VirusTotal 多引擎檢查

鼓勵把未修改的原始 ZIP 上傳到 VirusTotal。壓縮檔內沒有 .exe 安裝程式，批次碼刻意以可閱讀的 TXT 形式提供。

Upload the unmodified ZIP to VirusTotal for a multi-engine scan. The archive contains no EXE installer, and the optional batch source is deliberately supplied as readable TXT.

掃描能降低風險，但任何防毒結果都不是絕對安全保證。 / A scan reduces risk, but no antivirus result is an absolute guarantee.

07 · UNINSTALL

隨時可以還原。

刪除 cstrike/custom/css_taiwan_hud/，再完整重新啟動遊戲即可。若曾安裝 DEM 播放按鍵，請重新綁定 F9、F10，或執行 unbind F9; unbind F10; host_writeconfig 移除這兩個綁定。

Delete cstrike/custom/css_taiwan_hud/ and fully restart the game. If you installed the demo controls, restore your preferred F9/F10 bindings or run unbind F9; unbind F10; host_writeconfig.
